Patrick began his career in 2011 on the development sales team for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail. Before real estate, he was Head of International Communications & Marketing for Vail Resorts, leading expansion efforts across Latin American and European markets.

In 2019, his $19 million sale of 424 Forest Road was nominated for an Inman Golden I Award for Best Mountain Sale. An avid skier, hiker and cyclist, he lives in EagleVail with his family.
