With over half a Billion dollars in career sales, Patrick is a highly accomplished real estate professional known for his integrity, market expertise, and consistent results. Beginning his career in 2011 as a member of the Development sales team for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Vail, where he built a strong foundation in luxury sales.

Patrick is widely recognized as one of the leading agents serving Vail and Beaver Creek. In 2019, his $19 million sale of 424 Forest Road was nominated for an Inman Golden I Award in the category of Best Mountain Sale. In 2025, he ranked #14 in individual sales production among more than 800 agents in the Vail Valley, closing over $63M in annual sales.

Prior to transitioning to real estate, Patrick served as Head of International Communications & Marketing for Vail Resorts, the world’s leading mountain resort operator. In this role, he led strategic expansion efforts across Latin American and European markets, further strengthening his global perspective and marketing expertise.

A Vail Valley resident for 20 years, Patrick offers in-depth knowledge of the distinct communities that comprise the world-class resorts of Vail and Beaver Creek. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University, where he double-majored in International Business and Marketing with a minor in Spanish Language and Literature.

Patrick is an avid skier, hiker, and cyclist who embraces the mountain lifestyle he represents. He resides in EagleVail with his wife, Meredith, their children, Walker and Bailey, and their dog, Mack.
